Just outside the entry to the Embassy dining facility. Handwashing is really stressed hard over here. My take is Iraq is still about 2/3rds in the Third World, and there's lots of opportunity for nasty germs to cause illnesses you don't see at home. I use lots of hand sanitizer too! Shirley teased me about how much of it I brought over, but I bet I won't have any to bring back!
