The building directly ahead is the MWR (Morale, Welfare and Recreation) building. They show movies ("The Gospel" is playing tonight), lend out board games and recreation equipment, and they have a fresh popcorn machine (my weakness!).
For family and friends only--A spot for me to "hang" stuff from my year in Iraq--thoughts, pictures, and whatever! Never used a "blog" before? Here's a simple run down on how it works... Stuff appears in reverse chronological order--most recent stuff on top. You can click on an entry in "Previous Posts" to go directly to that section. The "back" and "forward" buttons in your browser work here just like in any web site. Click on a picture, and it expands to full size.
